Standard Change-Makers’ Modular Series change machines are built around dependable “simple-function” coin dispensing—but their modular architecture delivers far more than the name suggests. These machines are proven coin and token changers that support a wide range of plug-and-play configurations, allowing operators to fine-tune performance to match their specific location and traffic demands.

The MC840-DA Dual Acceptor change machine is equipped with Standard’s Dual-Redundancy Feature, which allows both bill acceptors and all the coin hoppers to communicate as a system. If one bill acceptor becomes unavailable, the machine automatically continues dispensing using the remaining components—providing true built-in backup and reducing costly downtime.

Four-Hopper Flexibility with High Security

Housed in a heavy-duty, front-load cabinet constructed from heavy-gauge steel and secured with two crank locks, the MC840-DA is designed for locations where security is just as important as capacity.

This model features a four-hopper configuration, consisting of:

• Four (4) standard-capacity coin hoppers of 3,200 Quarters each (12,800 Qtrs / $3,200 total capacity)

Together, the hoppers provide a total capacity of up to 12,800 quarters ($3,200 in change). The MC840-DA can dispense: Coins, Tokens, and combinations of tokens or coins, such as quarters and dollar coins

Smart Controls & Remote Visibility

As standard equipment, the MC840-DA includes Standard’s EF+ Module, which features: LCD display, Push-button controls that allow simple programming, diagnostics, and audit reporting. When connected to a network router via Ethernet, the EF+ Module can be configured to send email alerts and daily audit reports. The MC840-DA is also compatible with SCM Connect, enabling enhanced monitoring, operational visibility, and features such as remote resets and remote coin dispensing from virtually anywhere.
