The MC640RL-DA Dual Acceptor change machine features Standard’s exclusive Dual Redundancy Feature, which enables communication between both bill acceptors and coin hoppers. If one bill acceptor becomes jammed or temporarily unavailable, the system automatically continues dispensing from the remaining components—providing true built-in backup and maximizing uptime.

High-Capacity Four-Hopper Configuration

The MC640RL-DA is equipped with four standard coin hoppers, providing a combined capacity of up to 12,800 quarters ($3,200 total). From a capacity standpoint, it serves as a modern replacement for the SC34RL-DA System 600 Series model, delivering similar throughput with Modular Series flexibility.

The four-hopper design allows operators to dispense: Coins, Tokens, a combination of coins and tokens, or multiple denominations (commonly dollar coins, quarters, dimes, and nickels).

Upgradeable for Even Greater Capacity

For locations with extreme demand, each standard 3,200-coin hopper can be upgraded to a 5,200-quarter hi-capacity hopper, increasing total capacity to an impressive 20,800 quarters ($5,200) in a single machine—reducing refill frequency and service time.

Built for Security, Durability & Control

The MC640RL-DA features a solid, welded steel cabinet with a painted steel faceplate, built to withstand heavy commercial use. Security is enhanced with two crank locks and Medeco lock plugs, helping protect cash and internal components.

As standard equipment, the machine includes the Expanded Function (EF) Module, featuring: LCD display, Push-button inputs for simple programming, diagnostics, and audit reporting. By connecting an Ethernet cable between the EF+ Module and a network router, you can program it to send alerts or daily audit reports via email. The MC640RL-DA is also compatible with SCM Connect, enabling monitoring and operational visibility for connected machines – including remote resets and coin dispensing from anywhere.
