2. Should You Choose a Front-Load or Rear-Load Change Machine?
One of the first decisions is how you’ll access your machine.
A front-load change machine is serviced from the customer side of the business. These machines are ideal when there isn’t space behind the wall for a secure service room. We recommend securing front-load models to both a base and a wall or structural support whenever possible.
A rear-load change machine is serviced from a secure room behind the wall. This allows you to refill hoppers, collect bills, and perform maintenance privately without customers watching.

3. What Do You Want the Machine to Accept and Dispense?
Today’s change machines do much more than simply exchange dollar bills for quarters.
